Apollo Machine and Welding Ltd. is a privately owned Alberta company situated in the heart of  Edmonton’s Oil patch. Our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment operated by our professional personnel have provided our customers with high quality product and services since 1971.

In April 1971 our founder Robert Norton rented a lathe in a 300 sq. ft. shop and Apollo Machine was born. Although he had a humble beginning, Mr. Norton had a vision and knew exactly where he wanted to be in the future. Through his vision over the last 38 years we have grown to: 110,000 square feet of  shop space in Edmonton, 17,000 sq. ft. in Leduc. We perform CNC milling, CNC turning, CMM, trepanning, gun drilling, shot peening, all phases of grinding, honing, EDM machining, manual lathes and mills, manganese and zinc phosphate coatings, and anodizing. Our Leduc facility houses our outside diameter and inside diameter CNC laser cladding machines capable of cladding, hardfacing, heat treating and repair work. In addition, it operates a metallographic lab and a complete range of machining services.
